Hiring Store Associate
Mail Center Etc is looking for a part-time associate to join our store, primarily to assist during the afternoon shift M-F 1:30pm - 6:30pm. Great opportunity for a stay-at-home parent to enjoy working in a pleasant environment at a neighborhood location.
The associate will manage the retail customer experience by receiving and processing domestic and international shipments, advise customers with accurate information about our products and services, and operate the various technology machines (Windows PC, photocopier/fax/scan machine, point-of-sale, others).
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service
- Sort the incoming mail and packages
- Help customers with their domestic and international shipments
- Pack expensive and fragile items
- Maintain a clean store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Great customer service skills including telephone skills
- Excellent computer/Internet/software knowledge
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Typing skills using a standard computer keyboard
- Ability to pass a background check
JOB TYPE
- Part-time, $10-$13 per hour
